About Me.
My life has been deeply transformed by receiving good therapy, and that is the biggest reason why I do this work. I’ve had some difficult experiences in my own life, but have come to realize that my pain is always lighter when I have a trusted person to share it with. I am very happy with the life I have built for myself in the present.

My identities include being queer, cisgendered, female, and neurodivergent. I grew up as part of a working-class family, here in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am aware of the position of privilege I hold as a white person, and am working to unlearn the unconscious biases I was taught. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a social worker supporting clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in health care and social services.

My clients have described me as being supportive, empathetic, reliable, and truly invested in their wellbeing. They have mentioned that I make them feel safe, that I can bring humor into our work, and that I am engaged and active as a therapist.
